She was a subject matter expert on a recruiting panel for Coldwell Banker international. She worked Nine years as the manager of recruiting, retention, coaching and training. She has achieved a 50 percent-plus volume of production per agent, while maintaining a retention rate of 90 percent. Additionally, as a result of her efforts, agents coached by Hope produced $45.5 million in volume per year with only three years or less in the industry.
