Erle Morring - Vice President of Coaching

Erle Morring is driven, focused and results oriented.  His motivational, encouraging, and collaborative style of leadership helps agents, managers, and companies hit metrics, achieve goals, and turn profits in an increasingly competitive marketplace.  

As a regional manager/broker, Erle led a team of more than 330 agents across multiple offices producing approximately $1 billion in annual sales.  In this role, Erle implemented the proven methods of Sherri Johnson’s coaching program.  He significantly increased top-line revenue at his branches by encouraging his agents to develop business and marketing plans focused on creating consistent, predictable monthly income.  The sales strategies and methods he taught to hundreds of agents resulted in successful, profitable branches within his region.  Agents win.  Companies win. 

Erle is active in his local and state professional organizations.  He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for his local MLS and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for his local association.  His 6000+ member association recognized him during his first year in the business as “Rookie of the Year” and later as “Broker of the Year”.

Prior to real estate, Erle traveled the country for almost a decade as a professional speaker to college men and women sharing his personal, anti-hazing story -- “Hazed and Confused.”  More than 250,000 students on 300 college campuses throughout the United States heard his heartfelt presentation.   

He lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with his spouse and their fabulous standard, long-haired dachshunds.  Most weekends, you will find all four of them on the water at beautiful Lay Lake in central Alabama.
